100 years: Small but Strong
Rosalind Alberta is nestled just north of the Battle River. July 1, 2016 offered more than one reason to celebrate. The "small but strong" village celebrated not only their country, but their one hundredth year as a village. For one returning resident, the centennial celebration was a reason to remember, to celebrate roots, and recognize transformation. Click on the box below to hear a Rosalind memory. It is a beautiful community in all seasons, located 30 minutes from Camrose, all highway; and minutes or up to 20 miles from other communities – Bawlf, Daysland, Heisler, Edberg, Meeting Creek. Double Dam Golf Course, Alberta’s Littlest Airport, and Ferry Point. Visit www.villageofrosalind.ca for more information.
