Time Honoured Traditions:
Both the inside and outside of the church is pristinely beautiful, with an understated, graceful elegance.

Named after a town in Norway, Trondhjem Lutheran Church has been opening its doors in Round Hill Alberta, every sunday morning since 1906! The congregation has ebbed and flowed over the years, but they have remained present and relevant in their community for well over a century now.
The photo above shows a 1910 image of a hotel in Trondhjem, Norway, where most of the Round Hill Lutheran Settlers immigrated from. It appears here via picclick.ca.
The church has been a regular stop for Prairie Fun Days and the Prairie Cruiseline Bus Tour, where guests are welcomed in, and treated to some church history, along with warm hospitality. |
